Translocation: is the movement of absorbed chemical away from the uptake site. It depends on plant physiological effects and agrichemical molecular structure.

Adjuvants affect:chemical translocation in a plant

Adjuvants do not affect whole plant translocation; environmental and physiological factors are much more dominant.

Translocation in plants can be determined using radiolabelled compounds: either by extraction and quantification or by autoradiographic methods.
